We Are Water MN

Cast Metal Make + Take

Celebrate “We Are Water MN” with the WOW Mobile Metal Lab, a city bus turned cast metal sculpture foundry.  Choose your casting from a selection of water themed molds created from natural elements, 3d prints and found objects to cast your own wearable or small sculpture.  You pour the metal, do minimal filing and attach wearable hardware or sculpture base.  No experience necessary.  Ages 5 and up.

We Are Water MN deepens connections between the humanities and water through a network of partnerships, a traveling exhibit, and public events. We Are Water MN helps communities, organizations, and individuals make better, more collaborative, and more relevant choices about water.

We are Water MN is a project of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Humanities Center in partnership with the Minnesota Historical Society; the Board of Water and Soil Resources; the Minnesota Departments of Agriculture, Health, and Natural Resources; and University of Minnesota Extension.

We are Water MN is funded by the Clean Water, Land, & Legacy Fund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.
