SUMMARY:Cuttlefish and Lead-Free Pewter Casting
DESCRIPTION:In this all hands-on\, creative and exciting class you will carve an original design (or choose from a selection of symbols and imagery) into a cuttlefish bone to create negative space for your two-piece mold. That space is filled with lead-free pewter to create your small sculpture\, pendant\, jewelry\, keychain\, brooch or charm. You pour the metal into your mold\, do finishing work with hand files/power tools and apply colored inks if desired. Choose from metal/wood/stone bases and jewelry hardware/findings. No experience necessary. Ages 10 and up. Limited to 12 participants.  Register here. \nCOVID19 Precautions: WOW classes comfortably accommodate distancing for 12 participants working inside/outside of the bus. We mask\, sanitize and trace.
