SUMMARY:Loring Park Art Festival
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a beautiful day in the park.\nGet on the bus and create your Souvenir Artifact – small sculpture\, pendant\, pin\, bolo tie and more.\nChoose from a selection of castings (found\, sculpted\, natural or 3d printed objects) and pour lead-free pewter  into the mold.  Attach a small base\, wearable hardware or keep it as a small sculpture/pocket toy.  Ages 5+. No experience necessary. $10-20.00. \nThe squirrels of the park are honored to be sharing their featured food as a Souvenir Artifact cast in metal! \nAn urban oasis of art and culture.\nYou are invited to Loring Park for one of the best weekends of the summer!  Each year\, 140 artists are selected to share their work intents throughout the park. Fine artists and craftspeople come from all over the United States to share their wares with you. The jury strives to present a rich variety of styles and art forms\, including jewelry\, printmaking\, glass\, fiber\, photography\, clay\, painting\, drawing\, sculpture\, wood working\, mixed media. There is sure to be something of interest for everyone! \nUse these links below to get to and around the park\, learn about artists in advance\, find the schedule for performing arts and children’s activities and drool over the amazing food truck options. \n\nPlan your stroll\, and find your favorite artists ahead of time with the list of 2023 juried Artists.
